Our goal is to get your portrait in 3-4 days. If we have any issues, we will email you right away. Also, the finished product may take longer if revisions are requested.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to show you a preview of your portrait before you place an order. But do not worry, we have a staff of highly qualified designers that are here to make sure your artwork comes out exactly as you requested.

Once our team is finished with your portrait, we will send it to you via email that is provided during the ordering process.

We currently only offer the sizes that are on our website. Each product offering is based on the specific templates we have created. If you do want a size that currently not offered on our site, please reach out to us via email or chat so we can let you know if an additional charge is needed for your request.

Our custom background option allows you to get creative with what you want. We have recreated vacation photos, childhood homes, and much more. We are here to make your vision come true.

Yes they do. We want to make sure we get every detail right for all the people or pets in your portrait and those things take time.

The more photos we have the better. It will aid the designers and artists to better accurately depict the people and pets in your portrait. The only thing we ask is you be clear in the instructions on how you would like us to illustrate them in the final product.

The better the quality, the easier it is to accurately create your illustrations. If you are worried about it, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Once we receive the photos, if we are having any issues we will contact you to resolve the issue.

If you are having issues uploading the photo, please let us know in the notes section that you will be emailing us the photo. When you do email us the photo, please include the order number in the subject line.

Our designers and artists strive to get it right the first time around, but there are times when we miss something and we will work with you to fix those issues. We cannot guarantee that we will make additions to the portrait that you forgot to add during the ordering process. Additional charges will result in any items that were missed during the ordering process. We will not do complete redos. Due to the nature of our product, we have created strict guidelines regarding the types of changes and revisions we will make without charge. Please make sure to provide as much detail as possible in the notes section while placing to order so we do not run into any issues. Of course! The portrait is yours and there are no restrictions. You can choose to do whatever you want. Make t-shirts, print on a canvas and put them up in your house, or even print it on your coffee mug.
